Honest information. Every product page includes materials, sizing guidance, and delivery expectations we can stand behind. If we can't verify a claim, we don't make it — and if a product isn't right for certain dogs, we say who it isn't for.

Careful selection. We carry fewer products than a typical pet store because each one has to earn its place. If a product doesn't meet our standard, we don't sell it.
