Every product page includes the measurements and materials we can verify — not vague "one size fits most." If a spec isn't clear to us, we say so instead of letting you gamble on a return.
Honest shipping information
We tell you what shipping costs before you buy, and we don't publish delivery estimates we can't stand behind. If there's a delay, we'd rather tell you up front than let you wonder where your package is.
Honest product limitations
Not every product is right for every dog — and we'll tell you when ours isn't. If a calming aid works for most dogs but not all, we say so. The wrong purchase costs you time and shipping; we'd rather lose a sale than earn a return.
