Shipping

Orders under $50 ship for $4.95 per package. US orders of $50 or more ship free. Tracking details are emailed to you when your order ships.

Our Shipping Commitment — We work with domestic and international fulfillment partners. Delivery time depends on which warehouse fulfills your order. Shipping information for each item is shown on its product page.

Ships from the US

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to fulfillment and transit conditions.

"Ships from the US" means your order is fulfilled from a US location. It does not mean the product was manufactured in the USA.

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days — you'll receive a tracking number for every package.

We would rather be accurate than optimistic. Delivery times are based on the warehouse shipping your order and are shown on each product page.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, email support@velvethearthpet.com with your order number. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please use our 30-day return process instead. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on cancelled orders unless the cancellation was caused by our error.

Returns

Most products must be unused and in their original packaging. That never applies to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — those get a replacement or full refund; see our Returns & Refunds policy. Beds follow the tried-by-dog terms below. To begin a return, email support@velvethearthpet.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions, including where to send the item.

30 days from delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Can my dog try the bed?

Yes — that’s the point. Your dog may genuinely try any bed for 30 days from delivery. What’s allowed: normal use — sleeping, napping, circling, kneading. Return condition: clean, undamaged, and odor-free; wash the removable cover if it has one and shake off loose hair. What doesn’t qualify: stains, tears, chew damage, heavy odor, missing parts. Who pays return shipping: you do. Limits: one trial per household per bed; beds only — lick mats, grooming, and hygiene products are excluded. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
