How to track your order

Every Velvet Hearth Pet order includes tracking. This page explains how tracking works — the tracker itself is one click away:

1. Check your email

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Click the link to see live updates on your parcel's journey.

2. Can't find the email?

Search your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) for your shipping confirmation from Velvet Hearth Pet. Be sure to check the email address you used at checkout.
